All additional drivers must meet all rental requirements. All additional drivers must appear at the rental counter, present their driver's license, and sign the rental agreement. Additional drivers can be added to the contract at any time during the rental but only at the pick-up location. Spouses or domestic partners who meet the same age and driver's license requirements as the main driver can be added as additional driver free of charge. An additional driver fee of 7.99 USD per day applies. The maximum fee is 80.00 USD.

The minimum age requirement to rent all vehicles is 25. There is no maximum rental age. Young drivers may rent all vehicles. A young driver fee of 6.99 USD per day applies to all renters between the age of 21 and 24.

Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection (CDW-TP) is not insurance. The purchase of CDW-TP is optional and not required in order to rent a vehicle. If you purchase CDW-TP, we agree, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate CDW-TP, to contractually waive your responsibility for the cost of damage to or theft of the vehicle, after the deductible of up to $1,500.00 USD, depending on car class. If CDW-TP is declined, the renter is responsible for the full cost of damage to or the value of the vehicle.

Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside St. Maarten do not provide coverage in St. Maarten. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customers personal auto insurance coverage. The customer should contact their insurance company in advance of the pickup date for the rental with any questions regarding their specific coverage.

Die Haftungsbeschränkung mit Diebstahlschutz (CDW-TP) ist keine Versicherung. Der Erwerb der Haftungsbeschränkung mit Diebstahlschutz (CDW-TP) ist optional und keine Voraussetzung für die Anmietung eines Fahrzeugs. Bei Erwerb der Haftungsbeschränkung inkl. Diebstahlschutz (CDW-TP) werden Sie, falls keiner der in der Mietvereinbarung genannten Ausnahmegründe für die CDW-TP vorliegt, von Seiten des Vermietungsunternehmens vertraglich von der Haftung für alle durch Beschädigung, Verlust, Brand oder Diebstahl des Fahrzeugs entstehenden Kosten befreit. Je nach Fahrzeugklasse gilt dabei eine Selbstbeteiligung in Höhe von bis zu 1.500,00 USD. Wenn keine Haftungsbeschränkung mit Diebstahlschutz (CDW-TP) erworben wird, haftet der Mieter in vollem Umfang für Schäden am bzw. den Gesamtwert des Fahrzeugs.

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die meisten Autoversicherungspolicen, die nicht in St. Maarten abgeschlossen wurden, keinen Versicherungsschutz in St. Maarten bieten. Mitarbeiter des Vermietungsunternehmens vor Ort sind nicht dafür qualifiziert, die Angemessenheit des Autoversicherungsschutzes von Kunden zu bewerten. Der Kunde sollte sich daher vor dem Abholdatum des Mietfahrzeugs bei seiner Versicherungsgesellschaft nach seinem individuellen Versicherungsschutz erkundigen.

Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is a packaged product that includes Collision Damage Waiver - Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Deductible Protection (DP), Third Party Liability (TPL), and Roadside Assistance Plus (RAP) at a discounted price. APP is not insurance. If you purchase APP, the rental company contractually waives your responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss, or theft of the vehicle, and up to the policy limits for damages and injuries to third parties during the rental period, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.
No deductible applies.

Als Kunde können Sie wählen, wie Sie den Kraftstoff bezahlen möchten.

Option 1 – Wir tanken für Sie auf
Mit dieser Option kann der Mieter Enterprise nach der Rückgabe den verbrauchten, aber nicht aufgefüllten Kraftstoff bezahlen. Der Kraftstoffpreis liegt in diesem Fall über dem lokalen Kraftstoffpreis. Es wird ein Zuschlag von 50% berechnet.

Option 2 – Sie tanken auf
Mit dieser Option kann der Mieter das Fahrzeug vollgetankt zurückgeben und so zusätzliche Kraftstoffkosten vermeiden.

All major credit cards, issued by either American Express, Mastercard, Visa and Discover Card are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Digital cards (Apple Pay/Google Pay etc.), traveler checks, prepaid cards, cash, debit cards and retail store cards are not accepted as methods of payment. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit is 750 USD for all vehicle categories.

All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. Electronic or digital driving licenses are not accepted. No additional photo ID is required. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. An international driving permit is not required. Renters who do not reside in the country of rental must provide accommodation information.

L’assurance de responsabilité civile (TPL) ne constitue pas une couverture complète. La souscription de l’assurance de responsabilité civile est facultative et n’est pas exigée pour louer un véhicule. Les clients peuvent se couvrir contre les dommages et blessures occasionnés à des tiers dans le cadre de l’assurance de la société de location locale, en souscrivant à l’assurance TPL. L’assurance TPL couvre la responsabilité pour les dépenses associées à un accident impliquant des tiers et pour les dommages occasionnés à des véhicules tiers, dans les limites de la police d’assurance, sous réserve des actions répertoriées dans le contrat de location qui invalident la couverture TPL.

Veuillez noter que la plupart des polices d’assurance automobile contractées hors de St. Maarten ne fournissent pas de couverture à St. Maarten. Les employés de la société locale de location de véhicules ne sont pas qualifiés pour évaluer l’adéquation de la couverture de l’assurance automobile personnelle du client. Le client doit contacter sa compagnie d’assurance avant la date de la location et poser toutes les questions relatives à la couverture spécifique requise.
