Renter’s spouse or domestic partner who meet the same age and driver’s license requirements of the renter are authorized drivers at no additional charge. Any additional authorized drivers must appear at time of rental and meet age and driver’s license requirements. An additional charge of $15 per day for each additional authorized driver will be added to the cost of the rental, unless other contractual conditions apply.
After Hours Drops Service: After hours returns service is not available at this location.

This reservation is being made with a Contract ID number (CID) assigned to a Corporate Account for use exclusively by its eligible renters. Use of this CID by individuals other than eligible renters is prohibited and may result in disciplinary action. Renters using this CID may be required to show proof of employment or authorisation (such as a business card, current email with company domain, work order etc.). Questions about acceptable proof of employment or authorisation should be directed to your Travel Manager.
Travel into Canada is allowed. Renters travelling into Canada may not rent the following vehicle classes: Exotic and Luxury SUVs.
Damage waiver (DW) for this branch ranges between $29.99 and $39.99 per day depending on the type of vehicle rented. DW is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If the renter accepts DW, Enterprise waives or reduces the renter's responsibility for loss of or damage to the rental vehicle, including but not limited to towing, storage, loss of use, administrative fees and/or diminishment of value subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement and applicable laws. DW is not insurance. The purchase of DW is optional and not required to rent a car. The protection provided by DW may duplicate the renter's existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage, therefore the renter should examine their credit card protections, car insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the protection provided by DW.
As a customer, you have a choice as to how you would like to pay for fuel.
Option 1 – Pre-pay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
Option 2 – We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. Price will be higher than local fuel prices. Additional charges may be added.
Option 3 – You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same amount of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.
For hires in the state of New York, minimum financial responsibility for liability is provided with the hire.
Customers who reside in the United States, U.S. Territories or Canada Customers who reside in the U.S., U.S. Territories or Canada must present a valid, unexpired government-issued driving licence which includes a photograph of the customer. Digital licences are not accepted. The driving licence must be valid for the entire rental period. Members of the United States Armed Forces who are on active duty may present an expired home state licence under the following conditions: They also present an Active Military ID and they are in compliance with the military extension policy of the state which issued the licence. These policies vary by state and customers are encouraged to check with the appropriate department of motor vehicles for more information. Non-US or non-Canadian driving licences or drivers' permits are not accepted at North American Truck Rental locations. Other requirements: photocopies of driving licenses are not accepted; provisional licences are not accepted. Any licence that, on its face, restricts the licensee to the use and operation of a vehicle equipped with a form of a breathalyser apparatus is not accepted. Temporary driving licences may be refused if the renting location is unable to otherwise verify the customer's identity or verify the authenticity of the temporary licence. Additional government-issued identification may be required.
12 & 15 Passenger Van Corporate Requirements
12 & 15 Passenger Vans Policy for ALL STATES:
Renters of these vehicles must be 25 years of age or older. If the primary driver of this vehicle is 25 years of age or older, they must accept the terms and conditions below. The following terms apply to the rental of this type of vehicle, in addition to those set forth in the Rental Agreement. Please read before booking your rental.
The van will not be operated or used in Canada.
The van does not meet Bus Safety Standards and will not be used to transport children under the age of eighteen (18), other than family members, for school-related functions.

Additional Terms and Conditions, if renting in California
Each driver of the van shall possess the requisite driving licence necessary for the operation of the van dependent on usage and/or organisational status of the renting company.
That if the van is to be used for transporting passengers for hire or profit, or by any non-profit organisation or group, all drivers of the van shall possess a valid category B licence with a passenger transport endorsement.
That if the van is used by any public or private school or school district (including any California community or state college), as governed by Section 39800.5 of the Education Code or Section 10326.1 of the Public Contract Code, all drivers of the van shall possess a valid category B licence with a passenger transport endorsement.
Additional Terms and Conditions if renting in Connecticut, New Jersey, New York and Vermont
All renters and additional drivers must have verifiable collision, comprehensive and liability insurance.
Vans may not be used to transport non-family members that are 18 years old or younger.
A major credit card is required for deposit to rent a 12-/15-passenger van in New York, Vermont and Newark Airport.
If renting in New Jersey, a major credit card may be required. Renters should contact the branch prior to making a reservation for payment requirements
Additional Terms and Conditions if renting in Rhode Island
All renters and additional drivers must have liability insurance that transfers to a large passenger van.
For a commercial auto policy, the renter/driver must have minimum liability coverage of $1,000,000 that is transferable to a large passenger van.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) for this branch is 3.50 USD per day. Personal Accident Insurance (PAI) is offered at the time of rental for an additional daily charge. If accepted, PAI provides the renter and passengers with accidental death, accident medical expenses, and accident ambulance expenses. Benefits are payable in addition to any other insurance coverage the renter or passengers may have. This is a summary only. PAI is subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions of the PAI policy underwritten by Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company or Empire Indemnity Insurance Company depending on location. The purchase of PAI is optional and not required to rent a truck. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the renter's existing coverage; therefore the renter should examine his or her personal insurance policies or sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by PAI.
ELRAC, LLC is a limited lines licensee appointed by: ACE American Insurance Company and Empire Fire and Marine Insurance Company for the sale of Personal Accident/Personal Effects Insurance coverages and Supplemental Liability Insurance. We may provide these insurers additional services such as underwriting, billing, and premium collection. While other insurers may be available, these are the only quotes offered.
ELRAC, LLC is compensated for a portion of the insurance premiums charged by insurers. We may also receive additional monetary and nonmonetary compensation which may be contingent upon certain factors and may include payment from insurers for marketing related expenses and administrative charges. Our compensation may vary depending on the type of insurance purchased and the insurer selected.

The hirer may purchase Roadside Assistance Protection (RAP) from the owner for an additional fee. If the hirer purchases RAP, the owner agrees, subject to the actions that invalidate the Damage Waiver, to contractually waive the hirer's responsibility for the cost to provide 24/7 roadside assistance (where available), which includes: replacement of lost keys (including remote-entry devices); flat tyre service (if no inflated spare is available, the vehicle will be towed. The cost of a replacement tyre is not covered by RAP); lock-out service (if the keys are locked inside the vehicle); jump-starts; and fuel delivery service for up to 3 gallons (or equivalent litres) of fuel if the vehicle is out of fuel. Roadside Assistance Protection services are only available in the United States and Canada. If the hirer does not purchase RAP, or RAP is invalidated as set forth above, roadside assistance will be available, but standard charges will apply. RAP does not apply in Mexico. For roadside assistance, call +1-888-736-8287, option 3. In CA, KS, MO, NV and NY, keys are not covered by RAP.
HIRER REQUIREMENTS AND FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICIES
As used in these policies:
• Non-Commercial Hirers and Drivers are those without previously existing contractual rates and rules.
• Commercial Hirers and Drivers are those with previously existing contractual rates and rules.
HIRER REQUIREMENTS POLICY
All hirers and additional drivers must be 21 or older. All hirers and additional drivers must have a valid driving licence and Non-Commercial Hirers must have a major credit card or debit card in their name. Individuals with provisional licences are not eligible to hire. This is only a summary. For additional details, please reference the Driving Licence Information Policy.
AGE
The underage surcharge for Non-Commercial Hirers and Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 is $25 per day. Non-Commercial Hirers between the ages of 21 and 24 may hire the following vehicle classes: Cargo Vans and Parcel Vans. Towing is not permitted for Non-Commercial Hirers and Drivers under the age of 25.
DEBIT CARD/POSTAL ORDER
Non-Commercial Hirers are subject to the qualifications listed below.
Debit cards and postal orders are accepted at time of hire under the following conditions:
• The hirer must provide a driving licence with their current address on along with one of the following items matching that address; a utility bill or an original declaration page from an active car insurance policy. The utility bill must be the original, dated within 30 days and have no past due balance.
• If the hirer provides a licence without their current address on, they must present two of the following items which must indicate the hirer's current home address and match the other item; utility bill, payslip or an original declaration page from an active car insurance policy. Utility bill(s) and payslip(s) must be originals, dated within 30 days and have no past due balances.
• Active-duty military personnel are exempt from address requirements.
Non-Commercial Hirers using a debit card may hire the following vehicle classes: Cargo Vans, Parcel Vans and Pickups up to ¾ of a tonne.
If using a debit card for any amounts owed, the available funds in the account associated with the hirer's debit card will be reduced by those amounts. In addition, the hirer is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.

FORMS OF PAYMENT POLICY
Commercial Hirers may not need to secure the hire with a credit or debit card.

The Estimated Total for the hire on the Review & Reserve screen and/or in the email reservation confirmation will be charged to the form of payment provided by the hirer. If the hire as reserved is modified, the estimated total amount for the hire may change and would still be charged to the form of payment provided by the hirer.
At the time of hire, the hirer will sign a hire contract (the "Contract") that applies to the hire and includes a Rental Agreement Summary and the Additional Terms and Conditions.
DEPOSIT AMOUNT
To account for a Non-Commercial Hirer potentially incurring additional amounts owed under the Contract, a deposit of $300 will be required from the Non-Commercial Hirer at the time of hire. An above-listed form of payment must be used for the deposit amount.
• Hirers using a postal order will be required to provide a deposit of $500.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The deposit amount will not be available for use by the hirer and/or refunded to the hirer until after the vehicle has been returned.
If the hirer incurs additional amounts owed under the Contract, those additional amounts may be deducted from the hirer's deposit amount, if applicable. If those additional amounts are not deducted from the deposit amount, if applicable, they will be charged to the form of payment provided by the hirer at the time of hire, unless the hirer provides a different above-listed form of payment to be charged.
If using a debit card for any of the above amounts, the available funds in the account associated with the hirer's debit card will be reduced by those amounts. In addition, the hirer is responsible for any overdraft fees incurred.
Pre-paid cards are not acceptable forms of payment at the time of hire, including for the deposit amount, but may be used to pay any amounts due at the end of the hire, after the vehicle has been returned. Cash is not accepted.
In addition to one of the above-listed forms of payment, credit cards with sufficient available credit which are listed on the hirer's profile or loyalty account (Emerald Club, E Club etc.) will be accepted as payment for all amounts owed under the Contract.
All amounts owed by the hirer under the Contract will be submitted (a) as an authorisation to be held against, and ultimately to be charged to, the hirer's credit card or debit card or (b) to be charged to the hirer's debit card.

Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP) for this branch is $22.75 per day. - Supplemental Liability Protection (SLP) is offered at the time of hire for an additional daily charge. If accepted, SLP provides the hirer and authorised drivers with up to $300,000 combined single limit for third-party liability claims. If the hirer accepts SLP, Enterprise provides third-party liability protection up to the applicable minimum financial responsibility limit, and Zurich American Insurance Company provides excess third-party liability insurance coverage from the applicable minimum financial responsibility limit up to $300,000. This is a summary only. SLP is subject to the terms, conditions, provisions, limitations and exclusions in the supplemental hire liability insurance excess policy underwritten by Zurich American Insurance Company. The purchase of SLP is optional and not required to hire a car. The coverage provided by SLP may duplicate the hirer's existing coverage. Enterprise is not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the hirer's existing coverage; therefore, the hirer should examine their personal insurance policies or other sources of coverage that may duplicate the coverage provided by SLP.
Our TollPass Programme is our electronic toll collection programme which allows our renters to drive through electronic toll lanes and pay tolls electronically, without having to stop and pay in cash. In addition, many toll plazas have converted to all electronic tolling and removed the option for travellers to stop and pay in cash at toll plazas.
